Artificial knee joints can now be surgically implanted again at the joint practice and patients can be treated as inpatients at the central clinic. With the fire damage having been cleaned up, there are up to twelve beds available to the practice again at the clinic. As a result, the joint practice is now offering the full range of medical surgeries from before the fire, with the exception of inpatient hip operations. Artificial hip joints can be implanted and provided for again at the clinic from September.
